We are beyond grateful to Alisha Collins and Chris Nighswonger for helping us realize the dream of moving to Wyoming. Initially we targeted Casper and between two whirlwind, flying in from out of state, weekend trips working with Alisha we ended up seeing at least 30 houses there. But it just wasn’t quite fitting our dream. We wanted a bit of land and a smaller town vibe so we cast our nets wider. When we found a small farming/ranching town in Wyoming 2+ hours out of Casper we called Alisha thinking she’d recommend another agent out that way, we were sad, we trusted Alisha and didn’t want to lose her expertise. Thankfully we didn’t have to, she asked Chris if he’d be willing to take the reins and help us find our dream home all the way out there, and he knocked it out of the park. Drove out and took videos so we didn’t have spend more money flying out to see houses we could eliminate from the videos. Chris met my husband multiple times to show him contenders and then shepherded the whole sale to completion once we found the "dream". It had been over 20 years since we’d purchased a house and we had a lot of trepidation all throughout the process. So often we’d hit a roadblock and be ready to just give up, without even seeing what could be fixed/negotiated. Each time Chris and Alisha pulled us back from the edge, saying don’t give up, you’ll regret it your whole life if you don’t at least try. I think we likely would have never realized our dream retirement without their constant encouragement to keep trying. Now our new life starts in Wyoming, thanks to Chris and Alisha. I could go on and on but I’m going to end this by saying choose them, you won’t regret it, go for your dreams and they’ll get you there!

I first started wanting to live in Casper Wyoming after watching a video on Wyoming by Alicia Collins 3 years ago. I have watched many of Alecia's videos on Wyoming, especially Casper. I contacted Alecia by e-mail in early June about wanting to now purchase property in Casper. I received a text back almost immediately that she had received my e-mail. Even though she was out of town at that time, she still called me and we talked. She asked what I was looking for and price and location.
I did fly out from Sarasota Florida a week later and we did look at several properties. One she wanted me to look at I did not as I thought it was too big and not what interested me. After my initial offer on this property, I flew back to Sarasota. My dealings and negotiations continued from 2100 miles. Alicia was on top of my property purchase from start to end.
